The present invention relates to a combined cycle power plant, including: an air compressor which is driven by a power generator, and where influx air is compressed; a combustion unit where a fuel, the compressed air compressed by the air compressor, and a biogas, supplied for suppressing carbon dioxide generation by reducing the internal local high temperature, are combined and combusted; and a biogas compressor where the fuel, supplied with high pressures, are used to pressurize the biogas, in order for the biogas to flow into the combustion unit at a preset pressure. The combined cycle power plant is supplied with the high pressure fuel without an additional energy source, so as to be used for pressurizing the biogas.
