The present invention relates to a tire vulcanizing device which forms a double pipe in order to perform heat exchange by passing a part among an external vulcanization medium collection pipe for collecting external vulcanization mediums from an upper heat plate and lower heat plate through at least one part among an internal vulcanization medium supply pipe, connects the external vulcanization medium collection pipe to a main body, reuses the external vulcanization medium collected as a low pressure heat source of an initial internal vulcanization medium, increases thermal efficiency by re-heating condensate water collected as a high temperature heat source of the internal vulcanization medium supplied, is able to reduce waste water consumption and fuel consumption and is able to reduce initial pipe installation and maintenance costs by replacing the internal vulcanization medium supply pipe for supplying the low pressure heat source with the external vulcanization medium collection pipe and simplifying the construction of the pipe. |
