The gripper (10) has a sole (14) fixed on a hinged jib. A cross-piece (16) is transversely extended into an inner side of a case (12) of a vehicle. Supporting units (26a, 26b) are arranged on the cross-piece for supporting the case. The sole is fixed on the cross-piece by the gripper. The sole is transversely interposed between two transverse ends of the cross-piece such that the sole is arranged inside the case of the vehicle in vicinity of center of gravity of an assembly constituted by the gripper and the case of the vehicle when the gripper supports the case.
