PURPOSE: A delivery history information storage device for a commercial vehicle operation system is provided to sense articles being delivered and to determine whether packing of the article is damaged or repackaged based on the result of sensing the articles, thereby informing a person involved about the determination. CONSTITUTION: A sensor unit (110) including a sensor capable of sensing a change in a light amount for determining whether the pack is opened or not senses the change in the light amount and outputs sensing signals according to the result of sensing. A controller (120) processes the sensing signals in respect the change of the light amount received by an optical sensor of the sensor unit with a preset mode, thereby storing the processed sensing signals in a storage unit (130). A display unit (140) displays the state of articles and the delivery information. A power source unit (160) supplies power needed in each unit of a delivery information storage device (100). A light emitting unit (170) emits lights according to the control of the controller so that the sensor unit can senses the lights.
