The present invention relates to a dual heat insulating FRP panel, a method of producing same, and a reservoir using the panel and, more specifically, to a reinforced plastic panel and a method for producing same, wherein the reinforced plastic panel is produced by bonding an FRP panel layer, an insulating sheet layer, and a PP honeycomb panel layer by using a special resin adhesive in order to have a composite structure which is lightweight, has excellent heat resistance and heat insulation, and is easy to manufacture to thereby improve productivity, and to a reservoir constructed by using the reinforced plastic panel, wherein the reservoir has remarkably improved strength and heat insulation, is prevented from being transformed and distorted in shape, is protected from condensation and freezing, reduces construction costs through a simplified work process and a shortened construction period, can be maintained at low cost, and has a good appearance. |
