The device has a box equipped with a plate (2) for operating a rotary harrow and another plate (3) for operating a shock absorber (21). The latter plate is intended to start movement of a crenel carriage. The former plate is composed of a set of blades (4) arranged at side of a round profile of the latter plate. The blades are separated by spacers and traversed by an axis (7), where spacer bars (29) are on the blades. A spring (31) is fixed at bottom of the box, and tends to flatten another set of blades (8) of the latter plate on thrusts.
