The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing charcoal-broiled meat packed in a bamboo tube and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing charcoal-broiled meat which is made easy to cook for consumers by providing the meat, such as pork ribs, vacuum packed after broiling in the bamboo tube; and which simultaneously removes a smell of fat unique to the meat or other odors by adding the scent of bamboo. The method for manufacturing the charcoal-broiled meat packed in a bamboo tube comprises: a bamboo tube preparation step for preparing the bamboo tube by cutting a bamboo; an aging step for marinating and aging the meat; a biscuit firing step for broiling the aged meat over a charcoal fire to cook the surface of the meat; a final broiling step for putting the biscuit fired meat in the bamboo tube, then applying a heat to cook the inside of the meat; and a packaging step for vacuum packing the meat and the bamboo tube inclusive after completing the final broiling step.
