The cell has a flexible folded material structure, where the cell is stored in a bag type packaging or bag (SV). The bag is able to be inflated automatically or under manual action of a user by a compressed air cylinder (BA) to form a spherical structure (SS) that is ready to receive, shelter and protect a set of shipwrecked men. The spherical structure is arranged with a set of envelopes (EI, EX). The set of envelopes is associated with each other by a predetermined distance.
