PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for alleviating a burden on a user performing setting of a parameter for inspecting both sides of an inspection object by an appearance inspection device.SOLUTION: In setting a parameter for inspecting both sides of an inspection object by an appearance inspection device, a parameter on one side set in advance is used as a parameter on the other side so that a burden on a user can be alleviated. Partial images 651 to 656 on one side do not accurately reproduce the inspection object due to a relationship between imaging order and a conveyance direction of the inspection object. Therefore, arrangement order of the partial images 651 to 656 is inverted so that the inspection object can be accurately reproduced. Further, coordinates of an inspection area 655 on one side are mirror-inverted to be converted into coordinates of the inspection area 655 on the other side. |
