PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air cleaner capable of detecting an abnormal state of a louver with better accuracy and, when the abnormal state is released, returning the louver to a predetermined angle automatically, by detecting a voltage induced in a stepping motor in addition to the change in the rotation number of a fan motor.SOLUTION: When a voltage detected by voltage detection means 13 becomes higher than a preset voltage threshold value, and when the time calculated by first time calculation means 14 becomes less than a preset first time threshold value, a louver is determined to be abnormal by abnormality determination means 15. When the time calculated by second time calculation means 16 becomes less than a second time threshold value, first state determination means 17 determines that the abnormality has been released, and the louver is returned to a predetermined angle automatically, and when it becomes more than the second time threshold value, it is determined that the abnormal state continues, and the abnormal state is reported to a user. |
