PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an uninterrupted flow boring processing device capable of extremely accurately specifying an observation position in a casing.SOLUTION: An uninterrupted flow boring processing device performs a branching construction and an attaching operation of a valve in an interrupted flow state by using a casing 2 which surrounds hermetically a fluid pipe 1, an operation valve 3 and a boring operation device 4. Therein, an introduction opening 12 which derives an image gaining device 6 into a space between the fluid pipe 1 on a lateral surface of the casing 2 and the operation valve 3 is disposed on the casing 2. |
