A human body simulator is provided with: a skeleton part (2) molded to simulate a skeleton; a muscle part (3) that is attached to the skeleton part (2) in such a manner as to cover all or part of the skeleton part (2), and is filled with particles and gas; an actuator (5) that can expand and contract, both ends of which are attached to the skeleton part (2) side of the muscle part (3); and an internal pressure adjustment part that adjusts the internal pressure of the muscle part (3).
