According to an embodiment of the inventive concept of the present invention, in torque loading device generating torque to be applied on a speed increaser to be tested which is a test object, by comprising: one or more combining gears connected to a driving shaft on a driving path which applied torque to the speed increaser to be tested; a jig supporting the combining gear; and one or more hydraulic motors driving the combining gear; and by controlling the hydraulic motor, a torque loading device applying predetermined torque on the driving shaft is disclosed.
