The present invention relates to a safety guide rail of road capable of preventing a vehicle running on a road from overturning and causing secondary collision resulted from escape to the outside due to the accident. The present invention includes: support columns which are installed on a road in the running direction; a buffering means which buffers impact when a vehicle collides while connecting between the support columns; and a plurality of rotating bodies which are forcibly inserted into a buffering means, rotate with friction when the vehicle collides, and prevent the vehicle from overturning by absorbing impact while generating friction slip in the lengthwise direction of the buffering means. |
