The present invention provides a battery module which includes a unit cell laminate where at least two unit modules or battery cells of a plate shape which can be charged or discharged are laminated as unit cells; a base plate which is vertically stacked in the upper surface of the unit cell laminate and includes a coolant flow path; and at least one combination member which is fixed onto the base plate by interconnecting the unit cell laminate.
