PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion element and a photoelectric conversion element manufacturing method which can improve characteristics of a hetero-junction back contact cell.SOLUTION: Provided are a photoelectric conversion element which includes an i-type non-single-crystal film formed on a whole area of one surface of a semiconductor substrate and in which an interface between the semiconductor substrate and the i-type non-single-crystal film is flat, and a manufacturing method of the photoelectric conversion element. |
