PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting system capable of improving comfortable feeling and working efficiency.SOLUTION: A lighting system 100 performs illumination by emitting illumination light upon light emission of an LED element 6. With respect to an area of 400 nm to 800 nm of spectrum of the illumination light an area of 600 nm to 700 nm is 30% or more and 70% or less, and an area of 400 nm to 500 nm is 20% or less. The spectrum of the illumination light has a maximum value between 600 nm and 700 nm. A value of the spectrum of 550 nm is 50% or less with respect to the maximum value. |
