PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hysteresis-controlled switching regulator with reduced input voltage dependence.SOLUTION: A control IC 100 controls a switching transistor M1 of a switching regulator 4. A comparator 11 compares a feedback voltage Vaccording to an output voltage Vof the switching regulator 4 with a predetermined reference voltage V. A feedback circuit 12 receives an output signal S11 of the comparator 11, and positive-feeds back to the comparator 11. A pre-driver 20 switches the switching transistor M1 of the switching regulator 4 on the basis of the output signal 11 of the comparator 11. The control IC 100 is configured so that a high-level voltage of an output signal of the feedback circuit 12 is constant without depending on an input voltage V. |
