PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lacing binding method of a stator coil and a lacing binding device which can enhance productivity.SOLUTION: In a lacing binding method of a stator coil for binding a coil end projecting from an end face of a stator core with thread, the stator core S is sequentially moved to a lacing station LS, a binding station BS, and a taking-out station TS. In the lacing station LS, a lacing needle in which a hook with a tip to which the thread is hooked, and which moves in a radial direction and an axial direction of the stator core, and rotationally moves, and a thread feeding nozzle which feeds the thread from a tip, moves in the axial direction of the stator core S and rotationally moves are cooperated to rotate the stator core S and the thread is entangled and bound so as to wrap up the coil end, and then a knot is formed. In the binding station BS, an end part of the thread extended from the knot is pulled out and clamped by suction, and the knot is tightened by a pusher device and moved to a coil side to bind it. |
