摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology realizing an accurate position control, in an actuator control device utilizing a shape memory alloy (SMA), as a movable mechanism is moved from its starting position to its target position.SOLUTION: An SMA actuator control device CT performs an electric conduction for an SMA in response to a command position given to a movable mechanism and performs a servo control on the basis of a detected value corresponding to a value of resistance of the SMA. Then, when the movable mechanism is moved from a starting position P0 to a target position Pn, at least one of intermediate positions P1, P3 is added to be a command position at an intermediate stage, and thereby it is possible to reduce influence of hysteresis that depends on the history of movement found from the start of the movement and to realize an accurate position control.
