PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a casing of a heat receiver from being thermally damaged.SOLUTION: A heat collection facility determines whether or not respective plural areas A, B, C, D, arranged on the surface of a casing 25 of a heat receiver and defined by considering an opening 26 of the casing 25 as a division original point, have a temperature equal to or more than a restriction temperature. When transition from on to off or transition from off to on is defined with respect to any of heliostats, the heat collection facility sets a route passing an area having a temperature less than the restriction value among the plural areas A, B, C, D as an irradiation route R on the casing surface irradiated with sunlight in a transition process of a heliostat. |
