PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a throwing fire extinguishing device capable of extinguishing fire even under subzero cold environment and being applicable to an oil fire.SOLUTION: The throwing fire extinguishing device comprises: liquid mixture 1 including 5-10 wt.% of sodium hydrogen carbonate, 25-35 wt.% of potassium carbonate, 25-35 wt.% of ammonium dihydrogenphosphate, 15-20 wt.% of antifreeze agent, 5-10 wt.% of sodium silicate, 0.1-5 wt.% of fluorine-based surfactant, and water; and a container 10 for throwing. The liquid mixture 1 is sealed in the container 10. |
