In the present invention, an industrial vehicle is provided with a vehicle body and a cell pack mounted in the vehicle body. The cell pack has a counterweight and at least one cell partially joined to the counterweight. The cell pack is installed in the vehicle body so that the section of the counterweight joined to the cell exchanges heat with passing air to a greater extent than the section of the cell not joined to the counterweight.
