Disclosed are an apparatus and a method for integrated analysis of a power system linked with a distributed generation, which perform system analysis of a power distribution system by reflecting a system analysis result of a power transmission system and re-perform the system analysis of the power transmission system by using the system analysis result of the power distribution system. A disclosed dispatch scheduling process generation device comprises: a power transmission system analysis unit for performing system analysis of the power transmission system on the basis of inputted power transmission system information and re-performing a system analysis for the power transmission system on the basis of the received system analysis result of the power distribution system; a power distribution system analysis unit for implementing a system analysis for the power distribution system on the basis of the inputted power distribution system information and the received system analysis result of the power transmission system; and a link processing unit for receiving the system analysis result of the power transmission system from the power transmission system analysis unit to transmit the received system analysis result of the power transmission system to the power distribution system analysis unit, and receiving the system analysis result of the power distribution system from the power distribution system analysis unit to transmit the received system analysis result of the power distribution system to the power transmission system analysis unit.
