<p>The present invention relates to a pad for a vacuum adsorption device, which is applied to a vacuum transfer system. The pad of the present invention is configured to include a coupling section surrounding a fastening tool, and a pad section having a shape extending downward therefrom. In particular, the coupling section has a sealing protrusion extending upward from a lower end support in order to ensure tight sealing. For assembly convenience and robustness, the present invention includes an upper side inlet, an inner side recessed flange of a large diameter, and an inner step in the middle; wherein the inner step is configured to be rounded and to be processed into a vertical angular shape on the upper and lower sides, respectively.</p> |
