摘要 The present invention relates to a device and a method for adjusting an ergonomic car seat capable of providing a driver comfort during a long drive by actively adjusting the seat based on the figure and posture of a driver. The present invention is capable of improving comfort of a seat and reducing the fatigue of the lumbar muscles during a long drive by: calculating repulsive force of a seat back when taking a seat, a seat cushion, and of a pedal; calculating lumbar momentum according to the figure and posture of a driver based on each repulsive force; and adjusting air cell pressure in a seat according to the calculated lumbar momentum.
