The present invention relates to a heat exchanger included in a boiler and, more particularly, to a heat exchanger included in a boiler to maximally increase the efficiency of heat exchange while not only eliminating the need for using an extra heat exchange pin but also enabling convenient manufacture and reducing manufacture cost. The heat exchanger is composed of a support plate formed on the both sides, a long direction type top and bottom heat exchange pipes arranged in a line to make a path for passing heat by being separated between the top and bottom of the support plate, and a half arc type connection pipe connecting the top and bottom heat exchange pipes to each other and formed at ends of the top and bottom heat exchange pipes protruding from an outer surface of the support plate. The heat exchange pipe is placed in the middle of the bottom heat exchange pipe to increase the efficiency of touching the heat.
