The present invention relates to a polyvinyl chloride resin composition for a synthetic resin pipe and a polyvinyl chloride pipe manufactured therefrom. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a polyvinyl chloride resin composition for a synthetic resin pipe and a polyvinyl chloride pipe manufactured therefrom, having excellent physical properties such as tensile strength and impact resistance and having the function of deodorization by raising the dispersion of precipitated calcium carbonate or quartz porphyry and increasing miscibility and adhesiveness between the precipitated calcium carbonate and the polyvinyl chloride resin. The present invention manufactures a pipe from the polyvinyl chloride composition comprising: 3 to 10 parts by weight of precipitated calcium carbonate or quartz porphyry coated with stearic acid; 0.2 to 0.5 parts by weight of isopopoxy triisostearoyl titanate; 2 to 5 parts by weight of a processing aid; 2 to 5 parts by weight of an impact modifier; and 0.2 to 0.8 parts by weight of a tin-based stabilizer or 2 to 8 parts by weight of a calcium-based stabilizer with respect to 100 parts by weight of polyvinyl chloride resin.
