A high-speed communication chip of anti-irradiation interference in the harsh environment includes a RAM (Random Access Memory), a high-speed communications IP (Intelligence Property) core of anti-irradiation interference, a XILINX FPGA (Field-Programmable Gate Array)soft-core processor, a communication interface, a LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) controller and etc. The XILINX FPGA soft-core processor is the center of the system. It is responsible for command and dispatch of the entire system. The communication interface is used for transmitting and receiving data. It is a kind of low voltage differential transmission interface. And it uses four six types of precursor network twisted pair as a medium of communication. The data need to be transmitted and received is stored in the respective RAM. The high-speed communications IP core of anti-irradiation interference has lots of new technology. It used module redundancy, low voltage differential transmission technology, error checking and recovery mechanisms. So it can reduce the failure probability caused by radiation. Then communication speed and reliability are greatly improved. The LCD controller is LCD driver which connects with the LCD device. |
