PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shape measuring device, a shape measuring method, and a shape measuring program capable of clearly measuring a surface condition of a measurement object, while measuring a shape of the measurement object with high accuracy.SOLUTION: Light radiated by a light projection unit 110 is reflected on a measurement object S, and received by a light receiving unit 120. On the basis of a light receiving signal output from the light receiving unit 120, three-dimensional shape data of the measurement object S is generated by a triangulation method. The light radiated by the light projection unit 110 is reflected on the measurement object S, and received by the light receiving unit 120. On the basis of the light receiving signal output from the light receiving unit 120 while a focal position of the light receiving unit 120 is being changed, pieces of texture image data of a plurality of parts of the measurement object S are combined to generate omnifocal texture image data of the measurement object S. The three-dimensional shape data and the omnifocal texture image data are combined to generate composite data. |
