PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distance measuring device capable of measuring a distance to a plurality of points in a predetermined area of an object in a short time while suppressing an increase in cost by using a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A distance measuring device 100 includes: a light projection means for projecting a plurality of laser beams whose respective optical paths are radially aligned along an XY plane toward the other vehicle; and a light receiving means for receiving a plurality of laser beams which are emitted from the light projection means and then reflected by the other vehicle. In this case, while suppressing an increase in cost by using a simple configuration, a distance to a plurality of points in a predetermined area of an object can be measured in a short time.
