PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve print quality of a thermal printer.SOLUTION: In a printer, a support plate 14, in which a line thermal head is arranged, is formed so that a plate thickness at a bearing part 27 becomes thinner than the plate thickness at an upper part by putting a first plate member 20 and a second plate 21 to overlap, and is configured so that, when the support plate 14 is cut to be separated by a virtual line H passing through a first spring receiver part 22 and a second spring receiver part 23, the weight of an upper part 14b not including the bearing part 27 becomes larger in comparison with the weight of a lower part 14a including the bearing part 27. |
