PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a minimum scale drive device having an electronic circuit for drive control and a motor integrated together.SOLUTION: In an electronic-circuit-incorporated motor (drive device) including a motor 30 having a motor case 101, a shaft 401 and a heat sink 601, and a board 801 having an electronic circuit, semiconductor modules (501-506) and the heat sink 601 at least overlap in arrangement area in a centerline direction of the shaft 401. The board 801 has a position sensor (73) arranged opposite to the motor case 101 with respect to the semiconductor modules in the centerline direction of the shaft 401 to detect a rotational position of a magnet 402 disposed at an electronic circuit side tip end of the shaft opposite to an output end side. The electronic circuit side of the shaft 401 extends toward the electronic circuit side from a boundary of the motor case 101 between the electronic circuit and the motor 30, and faces the board 801 beyond the semiconductor modules and the heat sink 601. |
