PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power management system and a power management method capable of managing a power network that transmits and receives power with users.SOLUTION: A power network 11 is connected by a frist user HOM that can supply power to the power network 11, and second users SHP and CSD that can supply power, provided from the power network 11, to a member of the first user HOM. In a power management system that manages power transmission and reception of the power network 11, the second users SHP and CSD supply power to the user according to a user's holding point including a granted point given for the power supply to the power network 11 by the first user HOM. |
