PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC/DC converter which does not break down due to failure factors, such as abnormalities of input voltage even when some changes are made in the system when mounted in a power supply system to be used, and to provide the power supply system having the DC/DC converter mounted thereon.SOLUTION: A converter control section 4b includes: a detection function for detecting whether a factor which breaks down the DC/DC converter is present; an abnormality temporary determination function for detecting that the factor is present and, performing abnormality temporary determination being a provisional determination that the DC/DC converter is in an abnormal state when the presence of the factor continues for a predetermined time or longer; an abnormality determination function for determining the abnormality temporary determination to be defined as an abnormality determination in the case where the abnormality temporary determination is made when a control start instruction for starting the DC/DC converter is input; and an operation function for allowing the DC/DC converter to be in the standby state before execution of the abnormality determination function, and allowing the DC-DC converter to be in the stop state from the standby state after execution of the abnormality determination function. |
