PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a conventional photocoupler that CMR characteristic and CTR characteristic cannot be achieved at the same time and manufacturing costs are high.SOLUTION: A photocoupler of the prevent invention comprises: an input-side lead frame; an output-side lead frame arranged oppositely to and at a distance from the input-side lead frame; a light-emitting element mounted on a face of the output-side lead frame side of the input-side lead frame; a light-receiving element mounted on a face on the input-side lead frame side of the output-side lead frame oppositely to and at a distance from the light-emitting element; and a protrusion made of a conductive bonding wire or bump disposed in at least part of a region of the output-side lead frame around the light-receiving element and projecting to the input-side lead frame side. |
