PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output control device for an internal combustion engine enabling further improvement of operational feeling of the internal combustion engine by appropriately variably setting a delay time for delaying start timing of an opening restriction.SOLUTION: An automatic transmission 30 is connected to an engine 10. When an accelerator pedal is operated after a disengagement request for changing a state of an engagement element (clutch) installed in the automatic transmission 30 from an engagement state to a disengagement state is performed, an engine control device 200 executes an opening restriction for restricting an opening of a throttle valve 12 to be smaller than an opening corresponding to an operation amount of the accelerator pedal, after a predetermined delay time passes after the accelerator pedal is operated. By the engine control device 200, the delay time is made shorter as an engine speed when the accelerator pedal is operated is higher. |
