The present invention relates to a vessel having a seawater inflow preventing unit which prevents seawater from flowing into the gap between a canister and a trunk. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the vessel includes: a trunk which has an opening toward the bottom of a hull and an inner space extended from the opening to the top, and a seawater inflow preventing unit which is received in the truck to be lifted along the trunk and prevents seawater from flowing into the gap between the seawater inflow preventing unit and a canister having a propeller for propelling the hull. The seawater inflow preventing unit is formed to be able to expand and contract and is installed on the inner circumference surface of the trunk or the outer circumference surface of the canister. In addition, the seawater inflow preventing unit prevents the inflow of seawater by sealing the gap between the canister and the trunk through the expansion thereof.
