The heating of the air layer 11 having a relatively small volume can prevent heat in a cultivation space 12 from being leaked to the outside via the air layer 11 until the temperature of the air layer 11 becomes lower than the temperature of the cultivation space 12 through leaking of the heat in the air layer 11 to the outside. The medium for heat exchange heated by a second fermentation heat receiving section 42A is supplied to a fan convector 42B and warms up the inside of the cultivation space 12. Energy consumption in using a heater by fossil fuel or electric power can be significantly reduced.
