PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drying apparatus that can increase the drying speed at an early stage in drying using a relatively simple arrangement.SOLUTION: In a drying apparatus, a controlling unit 90 performs one of a first control, a second control, and a third control from a beginning of operation for drying a target matter to be dried. In the first control, a fluid passage controlling unit 972 controls an expansion valve 16 such that a difference in temperature between a temperature detected by a first temperature detecting unit and the temperature detected by a second temperature detecting unit is close to an alternative value set as a value greater than a target value, and a blowing controlling unit 96 controls a rotating unit 9a such that the rotating unit 9a rotates at a lower rotating speed than a predetermined rotating speed. In the second control, the blowing controlling unit 96 controls the rotating unit 9a such that the rotating unit 9a rotates at a lower rotating speed than the predetermined rotating speed. In the third control, the fluid passage controlling unit 972 controls the expansion valve 16 such that the difference in temperature approaches the alternative value. |
