PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening tool capable of detecting mutual failures of two independent system sensors to improve reliability by mounting the sensors on a fastening tool, checking fastening torque at the same of fastening to improve working efficiency and surely preventing a fastening checking mistake.SOLUTION: A fastening tool includes: a body 1 with a grip 2; an air motor 3 provided in the body 1; a drive shaft 4 to be rotationally driven by the air motor 3; a distal end shaft 5 which is continuous to the drive shaft 4 and extends in a direction substantially orthogonal to the drive shaft 4; and a force increasing section 6 increasing rotational force of the drive shaft 4 so as to be transmitted to the distal end shaft 5. Dynamic torque of the distal end shaft 5 is measured by a first strain gauge 91 while static torque transmitted from the grip 2 to the distal end shaft 5 is measured by a second strain gauge 92. |
