TANK COUPLING STRUCTURE FOR HEADER-PLATE-LESS HEAT EXCHANGER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure to couple a tank body and a casing by caulking in a header-plate-less heat exchanger.SOLUTION: A large number of locking claws 5a are projectedly disposed on the outer periphery of an end part of a casing 5. A tank receiving part 7 is disposed on the inner periphery of the end part of the casing 5. An annular groove part 9 is disposed between the tank receiving part 7 and the end part of the casing 5. A small flange part 11a of a tank body 11 is fitted to the annular groove part 9 with a seal material 10 interposed therebetween. Then, the locking claws 5a of the casing 5 are bent to define a tank coupling structure.
