PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an infusion set preferably used with an insertion device.SOLUTION: An infusion set 10 includes a barrier cap 70 which encapsulates elastic lower barrier 90 and upper barrier 80 on a base 40 and includes at least one radial port 130 for receiving insertion of a blunt end cannula 110 when an extending set hub 30 engages with the infusion set in the direction substantially parallel to the skin surface. The extending set hub is configured to provide engagement with the barrier cap by snap fitting, and the blunt end cannula of the extending set hub is guided through the radial port of the barrier cap to penetrate the interface between the upper barrier and the lower barrier. The extending set hub and the barrier cap can rotate around the base of the infusion set in 360 degrees. |
