The present invention provides an embedded capacitive touch panel, a display, and a manufacturing method. Slits of a transparent conductive layer are hidden above an opaque area in a black matrix and/or below color resists of the same type, which improves the uniformity of transmittance, implements slit hiding, avoids the display of slit images, and thus improves the display effect. |
