This inverter control device is provided with: an inverter (6) that converts DC power inputted from a DC power source to AC power, and supplies the AC power to a motor; a command value calculating means for calculating a command value for an AC voltage outputted from the inverter (6) on the basis of a detection value for an AC current; a phase compensating means for compensating for the phase of the command value or the detection value; an inverter control means for controlling the inverter (6) on the basis of the command value compensated for by the phase compensating means; a motor rotation speed detecting means for detecting the rotation speed of the motor (8); a d-q axes non-interference voltage command value calculating means for calculating a d-q axes non-interference voltage command value that cancels out interference voltages that interfere with each other between the d and q axes, and outputs the d-q axes non-interference voltage command value to the command value calculating means; and a reverse phase compensating means for compensating for a phase according to the compensation amount of the phase compensated for by the phase compensating means. The phase compensating means calculates a phase lead amount on the basis of the rotation speed and a phase compensation time that has been set in order to obtain a phase margin, and compensates for the phase, which is based on the unique characteristics of the motor, by the phase lead amount. The reverse phase compensation means compensates for the phase of the d-q axes non-interference voltage command value by the same compensation amount as the phase lead amount in the opposite direction to the phase compensated for by the phase compensation means. |
