The present invention relates to a 800kv intelligent circuit breaker, comprising a circuit breaker body, and a protection, measurement and control system; the 800kv intelligent circuit breaker further comprises a state monitoring system. The state monitoring system comprises: a control cubicle being separated from the circuit breaker body and disposed locally, a state monitoring main IED being mounted in the control cubicle, state monitoring sub-IEDs of a corresponding phase being mounted in a mechanism case of each phase, the state monitoring sub-IEDs being connected in a communication manner to the state monitoring main IED, and the state monitoring main IED being connected to a state monitoring background system in a main control room through a fiber. The intelligent circuit breaker according to the present invention can fully monitor the device state, and different from the conventional device, does not perform regular maintenance if the device does not fail, while can make a reasonable maintenance arrangement according to an estimation result obtained by information collected by the system, thereby implementing condition-based maintenance. The used system scheme has a simple structure, has universality, and can be widely applied to other voltage-grade intelligent switchgears.
