The device has an adjusting unit (30) including a guide element (32) i.e. guiding plate, which holds an active compound with a coupling element (31) i.e. couple pin, of the adjusting unit. The coupling element is connected with an inner pipe (20) under radial penetration of an oil dispenser (10). The guiding element is formed with gear sets (1-3) in engagement with motion of a shifter rod (40) to move the pipe in a relative position opposite to the dispenser. Oil injector nozzles (11-13) are partially released by oil discharging nozzles (21-23) and attached to the gear sets.
