The method involves providing a base body (3) that is made from a non conductive material. Trajectory on a surface (5) of the base body indicated by an induction coil (9) is determined. A recess (7) is positioned in the surface of the base body. An electrical conductive material is provided in the recess. The induction coil is fastened with the recess. A metal strip is arranged in the recess. A first stage is spaced on the surface of the base body. Another induction coil is arranged in a cooling region. An independent claim is also included for an inductor.
