The present invention relates to a method for processing an external diameter of a bellows hose connecting pipe of a cooling pump and, more specifically, to a method for processing an external diameter of a bellows hose connecting pipe of a cooling pump to have high surface toughness and precision without damage to a tool caused by a heavy load. The method for processing the external diameter of the hose connection pipe of the cooling pump with a wedge type protrusion unit protruding from the outer circumference of one end of a cylindrical unit includes a step of arranging the cooling pump on a table of a milling machine to arrange the wedge type protruding unit upward; a step of forming the wedge type protruding unit by cutting the outer circumference of one end of the hose connection pipe with a first boring tool which is perpendicularly mounted on the milling machine and rotated and which includes a PCD cutter formed corresponding to the outline shape of the wedge type protruding unit of one end of the house connecting pipe of the cooling pump; and a step of forming the cylindrical unit with a second boring tool which is perpendicularly mounted on the milling machine and rotated and of which the front end is horizontally sharped by moving the sharp front end of a PCD insert tip downward while horizontally touching the sharp end of the PCD insert tip directly under the wedge type protruding unit of the hose connection pipe from the outer side and cutting the outer circumference of the hose connection at uniform depth.
