An intelligent door lock (2), comprising: a signal receiving circuit (21) used for receiving an unlocking or locking password sent by an intelligent unlocking device (1) in a manner of near field communication; a central processing unit (22) used for outputting an unlocking instruction when judging that the unlocking password received by the signal receiving circuit (21) conforms to a preset unlocking condition; and an execution component (23) used for receiving the unlocking instruction output by the central processing unit (22) and executing unlocking according to the unlocking instruction. Also disclosed are an unlocking system and an unlocking method.
